Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the company’s digital self-service solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring the development and delivery of customer-centric and business value-driven digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, roadmap, and vision to guide the team and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research, analysis, and calculations to document and define requirements for product development and enhancement.

• Keep a pulse on customer needs and market trends to guide the development of features that improve user experience, increase adoption and create business value.

• Lead the product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, manage the product backlog, prioritise features, enhancements, and technical debt, ensuring successful and timely product delivery.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirement gathering to testing, release, and post-launch support.

• Track and monitor product business metrics to achieve results aligned with company goals.

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, collaborating with business users and technical teams to clarify specifications and create comprehensive documentation.

• Deliver presentations and reports related to the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience in product management of digital solutions.

• Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

• Proficiency in project management and budgeting.

Skills & knowledge:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Technical proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.

• Proficiency in business flow drafting and process mapping.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence to facilitate workflows, task tracking, and documentation.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Understanding of web technologies, familiarity with mobile app development principles and software development life cycle processes.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments.
