PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for a Product Owner.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the company’s digital self-service solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring the development and delivery of customer-centric and business value-driven digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, roadmap, and vision to guide the team and stakeholders.
Conduct market research, analysis, and calculations to document and define requirements for product development and enhancement.
Keep a pulse on customer needs and market trends to guide the development of features that improve user experience, increase adoption and create business value.
Lead the product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, manage the product backlog, prioritise features, enhancements, and technical debt, ensuring successful and timely product delivery.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirement gathering to testing, release, and post-launch support.
Track and monitor product business metrics to achieve results aligned with company goals.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, collaborating with business users and technical teams to clarify specifications and create comprehensive documentation.
Deliver presentations and reports related to the product.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in product management of digital solutions.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
Skills & knowledge:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Technical proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
Proficiency in business flow drafting and process mapping.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence to facilitate workflows, task tracking, and documentation.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of web technologies, familiarity with mobile app development principles and software development life cycle processes.
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum environments.
