QA trainee

PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for a QA Trainee Engineer.

As a QA Trainee Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality through comprehensive manual testing and thorough API validation. You'll collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and other QA professionals under the guidance of our CoE QA Leader. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of our customer-facing platforms.

Must-Have

  • 0-6 monts of experience in manual software testing.

  • Experience with mobile and web application testing.

  • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency in documenting clear, reproducible bugs and test cases.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for software quality.

  • Familiarity with API testing is a plus but not required.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps pipelines).

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of basic SQL for data validation.

  • Exposure to insurance or fintech domains.

  • Knowledge of basic JSON/XML structure.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and test case management tools like Qase or any other TMS

  • Basic programming/scripting skills (C#, JS/TS,Java, Ptyhon).
