PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for a Platform Owner.

Role Objective:

Take full product ownership of the company’s current core system — from ongoing support and development to active participation in the implementation of the new core platform, including process automation, data migration, and system integrations. This role requires strong technical expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to operate at the intersection of business, architecture, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and evolve the functionality of the current core system
• Prioritize technical debt and business-driven improvements
• Map business processes (as-is → to-be) and automate key workflows
• Participate in the implementation of the new core platform
• Contribute to the migration of data and user scenarios
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and QA engineers
• Participate in designing architecture, data logic, user interfaces, and integrations
• Maintain the product backlog, roadmap, and contribute to release planning
• Lead two cross-functional Scrum teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing technically complex products as a product manager, system analyst, or tech lead
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration principles (API, MQ, ETL)
• Excellent SQL skills; ability to work with databases, investigate incidents, and identify data anomalies
• Experience in automating business processes (BPMN, UML)
• Solid grasp of the SDLC and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to align business, architecture, and vendor teams
• Technical or mathematical education is a plus
• Experience in the insurance domain is a significant advantage, but not mandatory
