Job description

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target state in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and enforce architecture standards, principles, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and architectural roadmaps.
• Assess and evolve the application, data, and technology portfolio to improve scalability, reduce complexity, and manage technical debt.
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, integration patterns, and long-term platform strategy.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by providing architectural guidance, impact analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Track emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to business and IT strategy.
• Communicate architectural decisions clearly to executives and technical teams; serve as a bridge between strategy and execution

Certificates

Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL) are a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture across complex IT environments.
• Deep understanding of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, DWH), integration approaches (APIs, message brokers), and cloud technologies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and system thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with executive leadership.
