Position Overview:

We seek a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team. The Copywriter will play a critical role in crafting compelling and persuasive content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and content strategy to create impactful messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, engaging, original content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, social media, landing pages, apps, outdoor advertising, articles, blogs, and other communication materials.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams in an agile environment to develop cohesive and impactful messaging strategies, launch new products, and showcase creativity and strategic thinking.

Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to produce relevant and impactful content.

Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Adapt tone and style to suit different platforms and target audiences.

Create product-focused marketing materials, such as brochures, product descriptions, and sales enablement content.

Collaborate with product marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and messaging strategies for new product launches.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and audience psychology.

Familiarity with digital content trends.

Ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into effective copy.

Proficiency in content management systems and tools is a plus.

At least 2 years of relevant experience and a portfolio are highly desirable.

Experience in marketing agencies, property - real estate companies, and other commercial organizations
